At Learning by Design we believe that every child shapes the future and it is our goal to guide each student according to their specific needs. The center provides a structured, age-appropriate, daily schedule of curriculum, play, nutrition and rest. We believe that learning should be an exciting and significant part of each child’s development process. Our teachers look forward to guiding your child along their early educational journey and watching them as they explore the world around them.

At Learning by Design all of our teachers are highly trained and there will always be staff at the center with CPR certification. Each day as you pick up your child the teacher will provide you with a daily report detailing your child’s activity. In addition to the daily reports, you will receive weekly email updates from your teachers about the lessons the class has learned, songs they’ve sang and books they’ve read. You may also find these weekly updates here on the website.

We are confident that you will be pleased with the healthy meals and snacks provided at Learning by Design. It is our goal to ensure that your child has healthy eating habits. You can always find the monthly menu here on the website. We will also post this information on bulletin boards at the center.

Learning by Design provides extra peace of mind to parents with our state-of-the-art security system, storm shelter and video monitoring. Prior to entering the building, the security system requires parents or guardians to enter the confidential security code into the door keypad. From there visitors must stop at the front desk for center entry approval. The center also provides in-house video monitoring of every classroom, play area, eating area and playground. In the event of inclement weather, Learning by Design houses a secure storm shelter for students and teachers. This is an interior room built with reinforced concrete walls and ceiling.
